Orientation
The Orientation of a Relocating family, prior to arrival in the UK for work purposes. This process can take the form of a meeting with the family (to confirm their needs, situation and areas for search) followed by a day out with a Relocation Consultant to orientate them within an area and to identify the areas for Homesearch and Schooling where necessary.
Schooling
To help the family identify the most appropriate schools for their children, arrange visits and if necessary, assist the family to obtain a place at the chosen school for their child or children.
Homesearch
Desk Top Service - To provide the family with an itinerary for a day or a number of days Homesearch where the family actually look at the properties on their own. Once the family have selected a property to rent, the service will include the negotiation by the Relocation Consultant on the appropriate property.
Pre Source Service - This service can even be provided to pre source a property for a relocating family with the Relocation Consultant viewing selected properties and providing a report to the family for selection of the property. Once the family have selected the property to rent, the service will include the negotiation by the Relocation Consultant on the appropriate property.
Accompanied Search - A day or a number of days, where the family is accompanied by the Relocation Consultant to view relevant properties, the selection of an appropriate property and negotiation on the property. This service includes telephone contact prior to the visit, with full set up and an itinerary of appropriate properties to view.
Lease Checking
Once the appropriate property has been selected and a price and start date negotiated, the Relocation Consultant (with qualified assistance) will make the appropriate checks on the Lease for the Relocating Family and their Employer, prior to any signature being needed and any monies handed over to the Letting Agent.
Familiarisation
Once the family have arrived on their assignment and moved into their property, The Relocation Consultant can spend a day or a number of days with the family assisting with their familiarisation within an area. This time is often spent a couple of weeks after arrival and can include assistance with registration with doctor’s, dentist’s and sourcing a bank account in the local area.
